I found an owner’s manual for the Jeepster on e-Bay this week and when it arrived I scanned it.  Hopefully the Kaiser Jeep copyright lawyers are all dead.  The manual is a little ratty and it is for a 1968 Jeepster rather than my 1967.  But it is the only one I have found so far.  Click through to see the embedded version or use this link to download the file directly.
