Putting the knuckle together went pretty much the same as the other side.
Seal installed.
Axle goes in.
On the other side I assembled the brakes on the bench and bolted the whole thing on. This made installing the brakes, spindle, and lock plates very difficult. Plus bending the tabs on the lock plates was tough. So this time I decided to build the brakes up on the axle. Here the spindle and backing plate are installed.
Cylinder installed.
Boom. I think it is easier to do the brakes on the axle rather than installing them assembled.
The wheel end of the flexible brake hose.
The other end at the frame.
I packed the wheel bearings and installed a new grease seal.
Wheel bearing preload set and the lock nut on.
Locking hub body installed and the snap ring installed on the end of the axle.
Hub together. Two wheels down, two to go.
